Over the course of my career, I've managed corporate portfolios of sixty-plus active accounts, built regional retail distributor channels from scratch, and analyzed operations across hundreds of small businesses in Ukraine.

My goal since going independent in 2018 has been simple: provide local small and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) with the analytical clarity and execution structure they need to capture margins and navigate market changes.
